Why Titanic hit the ice berg?

My opinion, Titanic hit the iceberg because the ship's failure or sabotaged by someone or maybe something..

I'm not so sure about this....because every single person workmanship is not all the way perfect such as careless,stupidity and more..

As the example the stupidity shown by the captain in-charge, that he thought that the iceberg was a gigantic blue ice-cream?...
So that's why the ship hit the iceberg..
This is my own opinion that have little possibility.....
